Program Operator
The Town is proposing an application for CDBG funding from the 2010-11 General Allocation for a housing rehabilitation project. If the Towns application for funding is successful the selected Program Operator will assist the Town with future CDBG applications including projects, programs and planning/technical assistance applications and the operation of funded applications. The Town is seeking a Program Operator that is experienced with the requirements of the CDBG program including federal overlay requirements.
The selected Program Operator will work with Town staff, as requested and required, on CDBG funded housing programs. The period of this contract will be up to three years, at the Towns discretion.
