Program Manager for Low Income Single Family Homes program
The OPA is seeking a program manager (the "Program Manager") to provide turn-key delivery of the Program, an OPA designed electricity reduction program targeted to single family homes that qualify under low income criteria. The Program will be delivered across the Province by one or more Program Managers. The Program Manager will be responsible for delivering the Program as outlined in this RFP.
