Program Management Services for Voluntary Acquisition and Relocation Services Program
The City is seeking program management services for its Voluntary
Acquisition and Relocation Services Program (VARS). VARS is a component of
the Community Noise Reduction Program (CNRP), which is under the direction
of the Aviation Department (Aviation). The successful submitters team will serve
as an extension of Aviation staff and will build upon current VARS policies and
procedures to develop work plans, best practices, marketing plans, community
outreach plans, quality control measures, and community sustainability.
