Program Management Contractor for the Residential New Construction, Manufactured Homes, and Consumer Products Program
The Organization is seeking proposals through this Request for
Proposals (RFP) for a Program Management Contractor (PMC) to work collaboratively with
the Organization's staff Residential Sector Manager (Sector Manager) to implement, manage and
provide appropriate and effective strategies for its residential new construction, manufactured
homes, and consumer products program (program). The program aims to cost effectively
acquire large volumes of electric and natural gas savings by working with contractors, market
actors and energy related organizations to target and influence builder practices and
consumers purchasing decisions in the new housing and products markets.
