Program Management Contractor for the Business Energy Solutions - Existing Multi-Family
The Organization is seeking proposals through this Request for
Proposals (RFP) for a Program Management Contactor (PMC) to work collaboratively with
the Organization’s Business Sector Project Manager (Sector Manager) to implement, manage and
provide appropriate and effective redesign strategies for the Existing Multifamily sector. Existing
Multifamily was previously part of the Organization's residential Home Energy Solutions program;
however, as a result of the Organization's 2010 redesign, we are transitioning this work to our suite
of Business Energy Solutions programs. Through this redesign, the Organization aims to identify
enhanced or new strategies to cost-effectively acquire large volumes of electric and natural gas
savings in the Existing Multifamily market. Existing Multifamily works with contractors,
multifamily property owners, property management firms, public agencies and other market
actors and stakeholders to encourage the implementation of beneficial energy saving measures.
The selected Existing Multifamily PMC will be required to coordinate closely with the PMCs for
the Organization's other Business Energy Solutions programs, so as to provide seamless customer
service to the businesses that receive Energy Trust assistance.
