Program Management Contractor for the Business Energy Solutions, Existing Buildings Program
Energy Trust of Oregon, Inc. (Energy Trust) is seeking proposals through this Request for Proposals (RFP) for a Program Management Contractor (PMC) to work collaboratively with Energy Trust's staff Business Sector Manager (Sector Manager) to implement, manage and provide appropriate and effective redesign strategies for its established Existing Buildings program (also referred to in this RFP simply as
the program). The business objective of the program is to acquire cost-effective electric and natural gas savings by providing technical assistance and financial incentives for high-efficiency equipment and for energy efficient operating practices in existing commercial facilities.
