Program Management
The Department is seeking a qualified firm to provide selected program management services to support several of the Illinois' Community Development Block Grant's (CDBG) Disaster Recovery 1800 (Ike) Plan components, including:
Economic Development -- Small Business Stimulus Program
Economic Development -- Large Business Stimulus Program
Economic Development -- Business Rental Assistance Program
Economic Development -- Commercial Buyouts Program
Housing --Housing Buyouts Programs
Housing --Housing Rehabilitation & Repair Program
Public Infrastructure- Public Infrastructure Program
Responding firms must have a thorough understanding of the US. Dept. of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) requirements established for the CDBG-DR 1800 ("Ike") program, and all other external requirements for each of the above-listed program components, including FEMA, SBA and other agency requirements.
