Program Evaluation Request for Proposal
The Organization is seeking proposals to provide independent programmatic evaluation of the Program, a national internship program focused on increasing the diversity of the nonprofit sector workforce by supporting an intensive internship experience for Nonprofit Leadership Alliance students. The necessary program evaluation includes:
* Assessing the impact of the program on the student participants in terms of propensity to seek a career in the nonprofit sector
* Assessing the impact of the internships on the nonprofit organizations that host NextGen students
* Identification of best practices throughout the program to provide continuous quality improvement as part of a program quality feedback system
* Measurement of the progress towards successfully achieving the goals of the grant
Previous evaluation efforts have yielded some data which will be made available to the evaluator chosen.
