Organization invites the submission of proposals by qualified consultants to provide branding and marketing services for the TAMC traveler information and travel demand management program.
The ideal contractor will provide branding and marketing services in accordance with the proposed Scope of Work (Attachment A). This work will consist of the development of a strategic branding & marketing plan as well as the design, creation and printing of marketing collateral necessary for program launch.
The program brand should be recognizable, memorable and reflect the services provided. The primary services/resources provided through the program are:
* Traveler information website (511monterey.org) - dynamic road conditions map, travel resources, link to Mobility Management platform, roadway construction info, Safe Routes to School resources
* Travel Demand Management Software & App - multimodal trip matching, trip planning, trip logging, vanpool management, incentives management, emergency ride home management event parking, bike parking, EV charging locations, surveys, data reports
* Emergency Ride Home Program - reimbursement program for emergency ride home (cab, rental or rideshare service) if you have to leave work early or late unexpectedly and you didn't drive your car to work/school.
* Incentives & rewards - earn points for every eligible traffic-reducing trip and cash-in for prizes
*Commuter Challenge and Bike Month campaigns - compete with co-workers or other businesses/schools and win prizes
*Community outreach - employers, schools, government, universities and visitor-serving industry
*Travel Demand Management policy information and resources - travel demand management policy templates for employers, schools and jurisdictionsh resource libraryh workplace commute evaluations and consulting.
