Professional services involving architecture and engineering seismic retrofit
Work to be performed by the consultant consists of preparation of construction plans, specifications and related services to retrofit the Snohomish Carnegie building to resist seismic events. Related services include survey, material testing, mitigation plans for hazardous material removal, construction estimates, building permit submittals, bidding
support and other services necessary to complete the work. The consultant will work under the direction of the City of Snohomish.
