Professional library consultants
The Thomas Memorial Library Study Committee, on behalf of the Town of Cape Elizabeth, has issued an RFP for contracting with professional library consultants to conduct a Needs Assessment, define a Library Improvement Program, and develop a Conceptual Plan based on the prescribed needs assessment and programmatic analysis. The consultant will make recommendations on library services and the adequacy of the physical plant to serve the Cape Elizabeth community for the next 30 years.
