Professional development travel subsidies for nonprofit presenting arts organizations
The Mid Atlantic Arts Foundation is offering a limited number of professional development travel subsidies for nonprofit presenting arts organizations to attend the 2009 Performing Arts Exchange, September 23 - 26, in Norfolk, Virginia.
Applicants can request up to $950 in support (up to $450 for registration fees and up to $500 in travel expenses). Priority consideration will be given to first-time conference participants or those who have not attended PAE since 2005. Such consideration will be applied according to the participation record of the organization or individual. Only representatives from presenting organizations located in Delaware, Washington, D.C., Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Virginia, West Virginia, and the U.S. Virgin Islands are eligible to apply. Applicants receiving support will be required to attend the conference in its entirety. The grant will be provided on a reimbursement basis only.
