The San Antonio Housing Authority (SAHA) requests quotes from firms with experience
and expertise to provide Professional and Technical services to support SAHAs Moving
to Work, Capital Fund Program, Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Program, resource
leveraging and resource development. Services will include, advice and counsel on the
current and proposed statutory and regulatory environment that governs MTW, project
based Section 8, Public housing, and other potential funding opportunities and review of
SAHAs draft policy.
