The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey (referred to herein as the Authority or Port
Authority) is seeking Proposals in response to this Request for Proposals (RFP) for the
performance of expert professional transportation planning and traffic engineering services for
the World Trade Center reconstruction, for a four year term (48 months), with two one-year (12
month) extension options, at the exclusive option of the Port Authority.
