Professional Surveying Services
Professional land surveying services are required to provide property boundary line identification and surveys.
Additionally, surveying services may be required to develop topographical surveys and to assist with
construction project staking and quantity verifications. Survey plats shall be related to the Ohio State Plane
Coordinate System, and when requested, overlayed on existing Digital Orthographic Photography. All work
must meet the State of Ohio Minimum Standards for Boundary Surveys and meet county requirements for
recording for the appropriate county.
