Professional Sound Equipment & Service
The NC Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, NC State Fair division, seeks
professional sound equipment and personnel for operating the equipment for the concerts during the
annual NC State Fair in the Dorton Arena. Shows generally run from 7:30 PM to 9:30 PM for eleven days.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, supplying equipment, technicians to operate the equipment, assisting artists with load in through loud out, must be able to replace any equipment that fails, supply any additional equipment that may be required outside the scope of this contract if deemed necessary by the State Fair. Additional equipment pricing beyond the scope of what is outlined in this proposal will be negotiated and agreed upon between the State Fair and the Offeror. A separate purchase order will be required to cover those items.
