Professional Services to Prepare a Central Services Cost Allocation Plan
The awarded vendor shall develop a central services cost allocation plan, in accordance with Office Management and Budget (OMB) Circular A-87, based on actual costs for fiscal years 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2017. The plans will identify various costs incurred by the County to support and administer
non-general fund programs. The A-87 cost allocation plans will contain a
determination of the allowable costs (in accordance with OMB Circular A-87) of
providing each supporting service, such as purchasing, legal counsel,
disbursement processing, etc. Currently, the following departments require
specific indirect cost allocation rates to be calculated: Public Health,
Juvenile Services, Community Development, Housing Office, Domestic Relations
Office, Sheriff’s Patrol and District Attorney’s Office
