Professional Services for the Stimulus Grant Program
The Comptroller announces its Request for Proposals and invites proposals from qualified, interested firms and individuals to provide professional technical assistance and fiscal monitoring services to Comptroller. Firms should employ or be able to provide subject matter experts with demonstrated experience with federal fiscal and program compliance and energy engineering technical assistance.
