Professional Services for Solid Waste Transfer Station Fatal Flow Analysis
This Request for Proposal (The RFP) is being issued by the County. The County is accepting proposals from entities ( Proposer(s))
with demonstrated experience and qualifications to conduct a Solid Waste Transfer Station
Fatal Flaw Analysis for one or more predetermined
sites. In addition, update the results
obtained in Section 1 of a previous study conducted by R. W. Beck, Inc. in February 2005,
to include: update of the 20 year waste stream projection, update disposal facility interest
in accepting waste from County, update Transfer Station construction cost
projections and combine into a single report.
County is seeking a professional, experienced solid waste consulting firm to
conduct this work. The awarded consultant, as a result of this RFP, shall be selected on
the basis of the quality, cost, and suitability of proposals submitted.
