Professional Services for Facility Assessment
This Request for Proposal provides the prospective prime professional service contractor, hereafter referred to as
the professional, with information to enable preparation of a proposal for a facility assessment at the Michigan
Career & Technical lnstitute in Plainwell, Michigan. The service to be completed should encompass as a
minimum the following phase(s) from the Department of Management and Budget's attached "Sample Lump
