Professional Services for Community Development Planning Fees
The City of Aspen and Pitkin County are jointly requesting Proposals from qualified
vendors to provide planning, building, and environmental health fee review, analysis and
recommendations for the City of Aspen and Pitkin County (COA/PC). The City and
County are seeking professional advice as to the appropriate level and structure for these
fees.
The work product for this professional services contract will be a written document
providing alternatives and recommendations for fee structures to ensure collection of fees
that offset 100% of all direct, indirect, and overhead costs of all COA/PC planning and
building permit and inspection services.
