Professional Services for 9-1-1 Technology and Operations Consultative Support:
The purpose of this RFP is to solicit proposals from qualified proposers interested in providing professional services relative to 9-1-1 master planning, procurement, wireless 9-1-1 access, Next Generation 9-1-1 capability, system integration, operational improvements, migration planning, network cost reduction planning risk management assessments and implementation oversight activities. It is anticipated that the selected proposer will work at the direction of the County on tasks assigned by County staff. The County is seeking an independent consulting firm with demonstrated experience and expertise with legacy and NG 9-1-1 network planning, design and policy development, with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania 9-1-1 program, Region 13 to achieve continuous improvements in 9-1-1 service.
