CDC of Tampa, Inc. is a nonprofit, civic organization established in 1992. Its mission and vision provides programming in the areas of youth success, workforce development, housing counseling and financial capability, as well as residential and commercial real estate. CDC of Tampa seeks to engage the professional services of a fundraiser to assist in increasing its charitable solicitations and contributions profile. CDC of Tampa has two immediate fundraising goals: (1) its twenty-fifth anniversary event; and, (2) capacity building to add future services and programmatic content. The successful bidder will create a new paradigm for CDC of Tampa for the solicitation of monetary, and in-kind charitable gifts and charitable endowments. Proposals must be submitted by 5:00 p.m. EST March 31, 2017.
