All proposals must provide a quality of service and signal levels in both the Nextel (IDEN) and Sprint (CDMA) frequencies sufficient to complete incoming and outgoing calls (both normal cell calls and "push to talk" calls) without static or loss of signal in the designated areas within the scope of this project. All proposals must include any and all labor, materials, licensing and expenses associated with providing a complete, turnkey system installed and made ready for use. The areas that must be covered as a part of this enhanced cellular service are all within the McEniry Bldg. on the main
UNCC campus.
