Professional Services Contract, Mainframe Programming Services
The Alaska Department of Public Safety, Division of Statewide Services, Information Systems Section, is soliciting proposals for contract programming services for the primary purposes of evaluating, designing and developing the current OARS system to incorporate contract changes spanning the past five years, and evaluating, designing and developing a method to record Protective Orders in the mainframe APSIN system.
The contractor may also be requested to analyze, design, code and test APSIN production problem solutions.
