Professional Services Contract
The work to be performed under the contracts will consist of the preparation of engineering studies, analyses, designs and other related tasks in support of buildings, facilities and site infrastructure at locations in all areas of the State of Texas. The work will involve structural, heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC), plumbing, electrical and/or civil engineering systems.
For the purpose of addressing project understanding and approach, the Department is requesting that the Letter of Interest (LOI) focus on the design of a new office building, shops and laboratory building, and the infrastructure to support these facilities on a fifteen acre site, located two miles from the nearest town and 50 miles from the nearest city.
