Professional Planning, Community, and Economic Development Services
The County requests qualification statements and proposals (RFQ/RFP) from qualified professional planning, community development, economic development, and/or other qualified consulting firms to perform necessary functions for its FY 2011 Community Housing Improvement Program (CHIP). Scope of work includes development of a grant application and administration of the program, if funded.
