Professional Hydrological Evaluation Services

This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is being issued by the City of Altus, to obtain proposals for providing professional engineering and hydrological services to: 1) complete the requisite surveys, 2) test drilling, flow pumping, 3) aquifer survey, 4) and all reviews and analysis to determine potential yield and quality of same. OPTIONAL: As approved by the Mayor and Council additional work may be commissioned to assess time, costs, recommended methods for the City to gain maximum benefit of water production based on this survey and the costs of implementation and location of other ground water sources, yields, quality and cost of infrastructure build out.
