The County of Volusia is seeking the services of a consultant to provide
Professional Hydrogeological and Well Services for the design, permitting, construction, and/or repair testing of
new and existing wells and associated well head appurtenances and pumps; to oversee projects that are
critical to the Countys current and future operations; and to support water supply planning, consumptive use
permitting, Hydrogeological studies, ground water modeling, aquifer performance testing, monitoring data
evaluations, permit compliance monitoring, and biological impact assessments
