Each Vendor is expected to provide all engineering services relating to daily operations, construction of additional cells, closure and post closure activities, air permit implementation, site visits/regulatory inspections, assessment of corrective measures in old area, attend meetings, Part B permitting for future expansion areas, solid waste management consultation and field survey control.
