RFP : Professional Fund-Raising Consulting Services

This Request for Proposal (RFP) is intended to invite proposals from experienced providers for Professional Fund-Raising Consulting Services for the Georgia Department of Technical and Adult Education and the Technical College System of Georgia. The objective is to obtain the services of a qualified firm for strategic planning, institutional advancement and effectiveness, volunteer training and management, board development, market research, public relations, feasibility studies, and major gift campaigns for public institutions of higher education resulting in extensively increased revenues for the Technical College System of Georgia.
