Professional Environmental Services
The City will select and contract with a qualified Consultant to provide Professional Environmental Services on a delivery order basis including but not limited to inspections for asbestos containing building materials (ACM) prior to demolition or renovation: asbestos abatement work, lead inspection and sampling, American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) E 1528-93 (latest revision) transaction screens, environmental site assessments (ESAs), Air Quality permit applications, Indoor Air Quality issues, scheduled project remediation services and any other related services as deemed necessary by the City.
