The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to establish a contract(s) for providing Professional Environmental Engineering Services with emphasis on Environmental Compliance, Environmental Management System (EMS) auditing, Environmental Site Assessments, and other related services as required. It is the County's intent to award a contract to a single Contractor, however, the right is reserved to award contracts to multiple firms.
