The purpose of the request for statement of qualifications (RSQ) is to select the most highly qualified firm(s) to provide the requested services. It is anticipated that multiple firms may be awarded a basic agreement to provide the necessary services for a period of three (3) years from the effective date followed by two one (1) year renewal terms exercisable at the option of the County.
