Professional Engineering, Architectural and Landscape Architectural Consulting Services
The Corporation of the Town of Cobourg intends to engage a qualified multi-disciplinary
Consulting Engineering firm to provide Professional Engineering, Architectural and
Landscape Architectural Services including, but not limited to: technical assistance; special
services; preparation of preliminary designs, detailed designs, specifications, contract
documents and as recorded drawings; assist with tendering process; and construction
administration for various Municipal Projects on a continuous basis and as specifically
assigned by the Engineering Department of the Public Works Division of the Town of
Cobourg (Town), Lakefront Utility Services Inc. (LUSI), and Lakefront Utilities Inc. (LUI).
