Professional Educational Master Planning
The College will receive sealed proposals for professional educational master planning
services to assist the college in the creative development of an educational master plan with a
facilities master plan. This educational plan will direct the development of the college vision for
the future to reflect its mission.
The educational planner will work with the Committee to
develop a comprehensive educational master plan in written, graphic and digital format that takes
into consideration findings and recommendations for implementation. The final document will
include a framework for the plan, the external and internal environmental scans, academic and
support offerings, future capacities, a facilities master plan including determination of future
space needs, financial plan, recommendations, as well as an executive summary of the plan.
