This Request for Proposals (RFP) is issued by the Department for the purpose of identifying a contractor or contractors to lead the development of professional development modules (online, face-to-face, and hybrid). In reference to the professional development modules, the State desires to work with an expert consultant to develop high quality professional development modules based on targeted content from the Comprehensive Curriculum.
