Professional Design Services and Construction Administration Services
The City's Capital Improvements Management Services Department (hereafter referred to as "CIMS") is seeking Statement of Qualifications (hereafter referred to as "SOQ") from qualified firms to provide to provide professional design services and construction administration services for many of the Proposition 3 - Parks, Recreation & Open Space Improvements projects included in the City's 2012-17 Bond Program. The estimated value for projects under this proposition potentially range from $175,000 to more than $7.5 million.
