Professional Design Services Halpern Park Renovation Project
Basic services shall include all necessary landscape architectural, architectural, civil, structural, electrical (tennis courts only), geotechnical, utility or other professional services, necessary for the design, solicitation of bids for construction, permitting and construction administration of the approved Master Plan (developed by MACTEC Engineering and Consulting, Inc.) for the project. Project specific activities to be provided include meetings with city representatives to review design and budget progress, construction documents preparation, cost estimating, assisting with the construction bid process, construction observation and inspection, and coordination of design with affected utilities (if any) and public jurisdictions, including but not limited to the City of Doraville, DeKalb County, Georgia Soil and Water Conservation Commission.
