Professional Design/Architect Consultant Services
Design Professionals interested in being evaluated for the purpose of providing professional consulting services for the advertised project must complete and submit a total of four (4) copies of the enclosed response package in accordance with the following directions. All responses are due no later than 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 5, 2010.
Each firm/team must submit four (4) complete submission packages consisting of a Standard Form 254, Certificate of Insurance and Minority Status, and Certification forms for the applying design professional and for his associate firm(s), if applicable, directly to the University of Georgia for this specific project.
