Specifications are available in the Administrative Office, Warwick Public Library, 600 Sandy Lane, Warwick RI, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM until 4:00 PM on or after Wednesday, February 9, 2011 on the Library's website, http:nwww.warwicklibrary.org/wpl/index.php/your-library/bids and The City of Warwick's website http:nwww.warwickri.gov/bids.
Sealed bids will be received in the Administrative Office, Warwick Public Library, 600 Sandy Lane, Warwick, RI 02889 until 3:00 PM on Monday February 28, 2011. The bids will be opened publicly commencing at 3:00 PM on the same day in the Administrative Office, Warwick Public Library.
Awards shall be made on the basis of the lowest evaluated or responsive bid price as per our specifications. Please note that no bids can be accepted via email or fax. Individuals requesting interpreter services for the hearing impaired must notify the Warwick Public Library at 401-739-5440, ext. 223 at least 48 hours in advance of the bid opening date.
