Professional Consulting Services for Promotional Testing
With this Request for Proposal (RFP), we are searching to secure a vendor to conduct a comprehensive review of the promotional procedures for non-entry level sworn ranks of the Police Department. Several factors have precipitated the need for such a study to be undertaken. The City of Tulsa is mandated to select and promote individuals in compliance with a variety of state and federal statutes, and other equal employment opportunity/affirmative action provisions.
