Professional Consulting Services for Natural Gas and Electricity

The County has over 250 buildings (approximately five million square feet) with electric and gas utilities. The utilities are provided by various providers, which bill the County monthly. The County desires the services of an independent consultant, with no affiliations to the providers of
the Counties utilities, to provide professional consulting services related to energy management. It is the County's desire that the energy management services provided under the resulting contract will enable the County to obtain the best natural gas and electricity services at the best price.
