Professional Consulting Services Preparation of Special Area Plan(s) and Related Development Regulations
The City of Treasure Island is accepting written proposals from qualified and interested professional consulting parties to undertake Special Area Plans (SAPs) for designated areas of the City of Treasure Island as may be approved by the City Commission. Examples of areas suitable for development of Special Area Plans and follow on development regulations to implement the plan include all or a portion of the Central Beach area of Treasure Island, the Johns Pass area of Treasure Island, and the Blind Pass/Gulf Boulevard Neighborhood Commercial Area of Treasure Island. Services may be awarded through a Continuing Service Contract basis.
