Professional Consulting Services
The purpose of this RFP is to select a vendor that can satisfy the States need for an audit
of DEI as required in the Settlement, concerning affiliate company transactions, including
compliance with the affiliate standards approved in Cause No. 42873, including the
training and controls that DEI has in place to prevent affiliate cross-subsidization. It is the
intent of OUCC to contract with a vendor that provides quality Professional Consulting
Services for OUCC.
