The Metropolitan Transportation Commission (MTC) invites your firm to submit a
Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) to provide assurance, audit and consulting services for
MTC, the MTC Service Authority for Freeways and Expressways (MTC SAFE), and
Bay Area Toll Authority (BATA). MTC intends to select one or more audit firms to
provide assurance, audit and consulting services. These services include but are not
limited to closeout audits on completed state grants, preaward and interim audits for
selected consultants, and agreed upon procedures and consulting.
