The Cumberland County Library Systems auditor, Greenawalt & Co, has submitted its resignation to the Board. Therefore, the Cumberland County Library System (hereafter CCLS) invites qualified Certified Public Accountants to submit a proposal to conduct annual audits of the CCLS for each of the years ending December 31, 2008, 2009 and 2010 with an option to audit two subsequent years (2011 and 2012).
