State through its Department of Human Services (DHS), Shared Services, Estate Administration Unit (EAU) is requesting applications for Professional Auctioneer Services for Real Property. The EAU administers account receivables secured with liens on real property. From time to time, it is necessary to foreclose on the liens either by judicial or non-judicial foreclosure. The foreclosure process includes sale of the real property at auction. DHS also may sell real property acquired at foreclosure auction or acquired from a decedent's estate as partial or full satisfaction of a claim. The purpose of the RFA is to obtain the services of one or more Applicants to assist DHS in advertising and quickly auctioning the real property.
