Professional Architectural Services Related to the Historic Renovation and Rehabilitation of Elfers School
The Pasco County Board of County Commissioners is requesting qualifications from professional firms qualified and experienced in historic preservation, architecture and management of historic preservation grants. This work is related to the renovation and rehabilitation of the interior along with some minor exterior work for the historic Elfers School. As an optional service under any contract awarded, the County will also be considering utilizing the services of the successful firm to renovate the Annex building located next to the historic Elfers School.
The Pasco County Purchasing Department will receive responses until 2:00p.m., local time, (our clock) on October 6, 2009 the Pasco County Purchasing Department, 8919 Government Drive, New Port Richey, Florida.
