Tompkins County is seeking to solicit interest and credentials from qualified consultants to provide architectural design services to include a space utilization study of the Tompkins County Main Courthouse for use by Tompkins County and the New York State Unified Court System. This Historic, 3-story, 36,000 square foot building was built in 1933 and is located at 320 North Tioga Street in the City of Ithaca, New York. This building is currently occupied by the County Legislature, District Attorneys Office, County Clerk, Office for the Aging, and the NYS State Unified Court System.
